Junior IT Application Support Engineer Education BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience Minimum 1 year of experience is required. Preferred Knowledge Flexcube core banking systems, including: IBD (OBPM, LC, BC, etc.) Financing PDM Retail Teller Flexcube Origination Parameterization and Customization BI report development. Database management systems. SQL queries. Linux operating systems. Location: Addis Ababa 2. Network Administrator II Education BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Additional Requirement Relevant certifications such as CCNA and CCNP are highly desirable. Location: Addis Ababa 3. Application Management Officer I Education BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience is required. Preferred Knowledge Flexcube core banking systems, including: IBD (OBPM, LC, BC, etc.) Financing PDM Retail Teller Flexcube Origination Parameterization and Customization BI report development. Database management systems. SQL queries. Linux operating systems. Banking and finance fundamentals. Retail, commercial, and Islamic banking product life cycles. Accounting. Back-office operations. Location: Addis Ababa 4. Data Analytics Officer I Education BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or another related analytical discipline. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar analytical environment. Technical Requirements Practical experience in: Data analytics Dashboard development Business intelligence reporting Data modeling ETL principles Strong SQL skills. Experience with database management systems such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle. Expertise in Power BI, including: Data modeling Report and dashboard development Administration Experience with analytical or query tools such as Python, R, or Alteryx is an additional skill. Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and data orchestration tools. Familiarity with automation technologies such as Power Automate, Python scripting, or RPA tools is an advantage. Cyber Security GRC Officer I Full Title: Cyber Security GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Officer I Education BSc degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT, cybersecurity, IT risk management, governance, compliance, audit, or a related area. Required Knowledge Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) principles. Risk assessment. Compliance and security controls. ISO 27001. NIST. PCI DSS. COBIT. Location: Addis Ababa 6. SOC Analyst I Full Title: SOC (Security Operation Center) Analyst I Education BSc degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience At least 2 years of relevant IT/cybersecurity experience. Required Knowledge and Experience 24/7 Security Operations Center monitoring. SIEM. EDR/XDR. Network security. Security logs. Alert triage. Common cyber threats. Incident escalation. IOC/IOA. Basic MITRE ATT&CK. Location: Addis Ababa 7. Senior Application Management Officer Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience Minimum 4 years of experience. Technical Knowledge Flexcube core banking. Cheque Point. SWIFT. Oracle Database. SQL queries. Related technologies. Location: Addis Ababa 8. Network Administrator I Education BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience. Additional Requirement Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, etc. are highly desirable.
