Role Description Finance & Business Training & Consultancy Associate Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Employment Type: Full-time, On-site The Finance & Business Training & Consultancy Associate will contribute to the design and delivery of professional training programs and consultancy assignments in finance, accounting, investment, business analysis, and related areas . The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing training materials, financial models, case studies, presentations, analytical reports, and other professional deliverables tailored to client needs. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver finance and business training programs. Prepare training materials, presentations, case studies, exercises, and practical financial models. Conduct client needs assessments and identify training and consultancy requirements. Facilitate workshops, professional training programs, and corporate learning sessions. Provide consultancy and analytical support on financial and business challenges. Analyze financial, operational, and business data and develop practical recommendations. Support financial analysis, business analysis, valuation, investment analysis, and related assignments. Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process and performance improvement. Follow up on implementation and assess the impact of training and consultancy engagements. Contribute to business proposals, technical proposals, presentations, and client deliverables. Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners. Support the development of new training programs, consulting products, analytical tools, and internal projects. Contribute to the firm's knowledge development and professional service offerings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics , or a related field. Master's degree and/or professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent are an advantage. Proven experience in training, consulting, financial analysis, business advisory, or professional services . Strong understanding of finance, accounting, investment, and business concepts. Ability to analyze financial and operational information and translate analysis into practical recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to different audiences. Experience designing training curricula, learning materials, case studies, and professional presentations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and organizational skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint . Knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, IFRS, Python in finance, accounting software, or financial dashboards is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and diverse professional teams.
