Maintenance Team Lead (NEC/NCC) Job Title: Maintenance Team Lead (NEC/NCC) Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Salary: USD 15,808 per year Employment Type: Full-Time Education Requirements Completion of secondary school is required, together with two years of successful completion of a specialized vocational training program from an accredited institute recognized as producing journey-level professionals in one or more of the following areas: HVAC Plumbing Electrical systems Maintenance and construction services Applicants should address this education requirement in the Education section of their ERA application. Experience Requirements Applicants must have: At least five years of progressive experience in the practical application of advanced, technician-level electrical, mechanical, or plumbing engineering systems. Experience ensuring that central systems or equipment function properly. Experience performing hands-on repairs on electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems and equipment as required. At least one additional year of experience as a technical team leader or supervisor in construction, facility maintenance, or building operations.
