Business Registration & Compliance Officer, Luy Systems PLC (Addis Ababa, full-time, on-site) Luy Systems helps Ethiopian businesses formalize and stay compliant: PLC formation, MOA drafting, TIN, VAT, trade licences and ongoing tax compliance. We’ve completed 500+ PLC registrations and we’re growing our retainer client base. The role: You’ll handle client registrations end to end, explain what’s happening to clients in plain language, and help keep retainer clients compliant and renewing. Must have At least 1 year of hands-on experience personally processing PLC registration, TIN, VAT and trade licences Working knowledge of Ethiopian tax and VAT filing Fluent Amharic and good English Presentable and confident with clients; can explain a number simply Self-driven: you finish without being chased Trustworthy, with a guarantor and references Nice to have: a diploma or degree in Accounting, Business or Law; experience selling or managing service clients Salary: ETB [6500-8000br] per month plus performance bonus additional upto 5k To apply: Send your CV to [contact] and answer in 3–5 sentences: “Walk us through the steps you personally took on the last PLC registration you handled.” Applications without the answer won’t be reviewed.
