Senior Functional Consultant

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Work Experience: More than 4 years of experience in ERP implementation and/or support. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Experience working with in-house or custom-built systems. Basic understanding of Odoo development, including Python and XML. Experience in business analysis or process improvement. Familiarity with Agile or iterative development environments. Experience providing internal ERP user support rather than client-facing support. Hands-on experience with Odoo, either functional or techno-functional. Strong understanding of internal business processes, including Finance, Inventory, Human Resources, and Procurement. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with non-technical users. Basic knowledge of SQL and reporting tools.
