Junior Sales Officer

Number of Vacancies: 5 Location: Sales outlets near Bole Friendship Building, ground floor, Addis Ababa Job Summary The Junior Sales Officer will assist customers, promote company products, support sales operations, and help maintain customer satisfaction at the company's sales outlets. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide accurate information about products and services. Promote products, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions. Work toward assigned sales targets. Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and other sales documents. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer transactions. Ensure proper product display, handling, and presentation. Follow up with customers and build positive business relationships. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams. Monitor product availability and report stock shortages. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Prepare daily sales reports and perform other assigned sales duties. Qualifications and Requirements Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant sales or customer service experience. Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply. Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales documentation. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work at a sales outlet and meet sales targets.
