ERP IT Assistant

About The Role On behalf of our client, a leading global manufacturing company specializing in metal packaging solutions , we are looking for a proactive and technically skilled ERP IT Assistant to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and provide day-to-day ICT support across the organization. The role will serve as a key point of contact for ERP user support while also assisting with IT infrastructure, helpdesk services, system administration, and user access management. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Manage ERP users, roles, permissions, and system access. Support ERP upgrades, testing, implementation, and user training. Assist with ERP reporting, data validation, and issue resolution. Provide IT helpdesk support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and business applications. Support network connectivity, system administration, and ICT infrastructure. Maintain ICT asset inventories and support information security requirements. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting. Basic understanding of SQL databases and ERP business processes.
