Hotel Manager / General Manager No. Required: 1 About You Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant hotel/hospitality management experience. Previous managerial experience in a hotel or hospitality business. Good knowledge of PMS and MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good command of English, knowledge of additional international language is an advantage GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Applicants for all positions are expected to demonstrate: Professional attitude and good personal conduct. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-service orientation. Honesty, integrity, and reliability. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure. Willingness to work shifts where applicable.
