The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical engineering, control systems design, and automation, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of automation systems in line with client requirements Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering and control systems design for automation projects. Hands-on experience with PLC programming, HMI/SCADA systems, and industrial control systems. Familiarity with control system software such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Schneider Electric systems. Experience with electrical panel design, motor control, and variable frequency drives (VFDs). Skills: Strong understanding of electrical theory, control systems, and automation technologies. Ability to design and implement control strategies and solutions. Proficiency with control systems programming (e.g., ladder logic, function block, structured text). Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, etc. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills. Responsibilities System Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement electrical and control systems for industrial automation projects. Develop control strategies and create electrical drawings, system schematics, and wiring diagrams. Program and configure control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems. Select and specify control components, including sensors, actuators, motors, and drives. System Integration & Commissioning: Integrate electrical systems with PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and other automation equipment. Lead the commissioning of control systems at customer sites, ensuring full functionality and optimization. Test and troubleshoot control systems, diagnose faults, and implement corrective actions. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to resolve electrical and control system issues during operation. Conduct maintenance and upgrades on electrical control systems, ensuring optimal performance and system uptime. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical control system failures in a timely manner. Project Management & Documentation: Assist with project planning and ensure that electrical control systems are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain detailed technical documentation for electrical systems, control strategies, and troubleshooting guides. Prepare reports on project progress, system performance, and maintenance activities.
