Their agents perform at a junior actuary level, handling insurance filing analysis, actuarial data extraction, competitive and market research, pricing analysis, rate making, and regulatory filing prep. The core value proposition is speed and cost: competitive analysis that typically runs $50K and takes weeks through traditional consultants is delivered in 24 to 48 hours. They serve two segments, tech-forward Managing General Agents (MGAs) on the SMB side and top-tier carriers on the enterprise side, and they are scaling outbound to build a pipeline across both.
Need to have qualifications:
2+ years of outbound SDR/BDR experience with a track record of self-sourced pipeline
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven cold outreach ability across phone, email, and LinkedIn
Comfort selling a technical, complex product to a sophisticated buyer
Nice to have:
Experience selling into insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries
Background in selling AI, data, or technical SaaS products
Familiarity with multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Experience with tools like ZoomInfo, Lightfield, or similar sales-intelligence platforms
Exposure to a land-and-expand sales motion
Responsibilities:
Run outbound prospecting to build a qualified pipeline
Book qualified meetings with target accounts and decision-makers
Research and identify MGAs and carriers that fit the ideal customer profile
Personalize outreach to a technical, actuarial, and product-leader audience
Manage and update CRM with accurate account, contact, and activity data
Graduate into supporting enterprise outreach to top carriers as you ramp up
Work within a land-and-expand model to open accounts and expand over time
Collaborate with the founding team on messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy
