Recruit and screen potential volunteers

Maintain volunteer records and prepare reports
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Work, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in volunteer management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in training and mentoring
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Fluency in English and Amharic
