Work Experience At least 3 years of experience in field sales supervision, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or distribution. Experience managing direct sales or driver sales teams. Required Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of route planning and territory management. Problem-solving skills. Ability to perform effectively under pressure. Valid driving licence.
