Do you have a passion for operational excellence, systematic quality control, and continuous improvement?A Packaging Manufacturing Industry PLC is looking for a dynamic and systematic Quality Assurance Head to lead, design, and manage our Quality Management System (QMS). In this senior role (Grade 7), you will lead the Quality Control team, establish top-tier testing protocols, and serve as the primary interface with our key brewery and beverage clients on all quality-related matters.馃専 Key Responsibilities:System Ownership: Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive QMS tailored for crown cork and metal packaging manufacturing, pushing the plant towards ISO 9001 and food-contact compliance.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build the capacity of the Quality Control Officer and Sorter teams.Product Integrity: Oversee end-to-end testing protocols鈥攆rom raw material receiving to in-process audits and finished goods dispatch.Client & Audit Interface: Serve as the chief point of contact for customer quality inquiries, leading investigations and implementing robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with Production and Technical Heads to minimize defects and optimize yield.馃帗 What We Are Looking For:Education: B.Sc. in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related technical field.Experience: Significant experience in a QA/QC management role, with strong preference for candidates coming from metal packaging, crown cork, beverage container, or food-contact manufacturing.Frameworks & Standards: Proven experience implementing or managing ISO 9001 QMS frameworks.Technical Toolkit: In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies (SPC, FMEA) and root-cause analysis tools (5-Why, Ishikawa, 8D).Skills: Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and a systematic approach to technical troubleshooting.馃摡 How to Apply:If you are ready to take the next step in your career and lead quality operations at a state-of-the-art plant, we want to hear from you!Please send your updated CV and a cover letter to: 馃摟 mahlet@yes.etSubject Line: Please use "Application: Quality Assurance Head Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
