End to End Supply Chain Manager

Job brief People First Consult is recruiting an experienced End-to-End Supply Chain Manager on behalf of a leading industrial manufacturing company that is part of one of Ethiopia's prominent diversified business groups. The successful candidate will lead integrated supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution to support business growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead procurement, supplier management, demand forecasting, and production planning. Ensure the timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and other production inputs. Oversee inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and product distribution. Optimize procurement costs, inventory levels, working capital, and resource utilization. Monitor supply chain performance, manage operational risks, and drive continuous improvement. Lead the supply chain team and coordinate with Production, Sales, Finance, and other departments. Qualifications And Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 7 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of procurement, production planning, inventory control, and logistics. Experience with ERP systems and international procurement is an advantage. Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
