Full Time Pharmacist

Hakim+ Pharmacy is looking for a motivated, experienced, and customer-focused pharmacist to join our team on a full time basis. Location: Figa, Addis Ababa Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 1:30 in the morning to 10:30 in the afternoon (Ethiopian Local Time) Key Responsibilities Dispense medications accurately and provide professional patient counseling. Recommend appropriate OTC medications, skincare, and cosmetic products. Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships. Support insurance, corporate integration and ERP, app acquisition initiatives. Manage inventory, monitor stock availability, and maintain accurate records. Use digital pharmacy systems for daily operations. Work toward assigned sales, customer service, and operational performance targets. Support the pharmacy's growth and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dispensing pharmacist is mandatory. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid professional practice license. Good knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and dermatological products. Excellent English communication skills. Basic computer skills and confidence using digital systems. Preferred Candidate Profile Has a long-term career interest in clinical pharmacy and patient-centered care. Is enthusiastic about technology and digital healthcare. Is proactive, accountable, and comfortable working toward measurable performance targets. Has a strong interest in continuous learning and professional development.
