Sales Representative | Integrated Commercial Solutions

Job Function: To ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business. Key Accountabilities: Promote and position company products to pharmacies and retail outlets. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs. Visit assigned pharmacies as per the call plan and maintain regular engagement. Provide product knowledge, promotional materials, and basic training to pharmacy staff. Monitor and ensure product availability, visibility, and optimal stock levels at pharmacy level. Execute marketing campaigns and trade promotions in line with brand strategy. Collect market intelligence and share timely feedback on competitor activity, pricing, and customer trends. Ensure timely collection of payments and support credit control efforts in collaboration with the finance team. Monitor outstanding balances and proactively follow up on overdue accounts. Identify, develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers. Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales reports. Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and forecasts. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Bachelor of science degree or relevant field. Skills and Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or healthcare sectors. Strong interest in sales with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Quick learner with the ability to grasp product knowledge and market dynamics effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
