Land Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join a long-term construction project in Ethiopia. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in site construction works and high-rise building projects , with the ability to carry out accurate surveying and setting-out activities. Key Responsibilities Conduct land and construction surveys at the project site. Carry out setting-out works for building structures and construction activities. Establish and verify benchmarks, coordinates, levels, and reference points. Perform measurements and surveys using appropriate surveying equipment. Check dimensions, elevations, alignments, and positioning against approved drawings. Work closely with engineers, site teams, and subcontractors. Prepare and maintain accurate survey records and reports. Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and drawings. Support construction teams with accurate survey data throughout project execution. Requirements Diploma or BSc. in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience . Strong experience in site construction works . High-rise building experience is mandatory. Previous experience with international construction companies is preferred. Professional proficiency in English is mandatory . Candidate should be a resident of Ethiopia .
