Company Description HibLink Tech is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years hands-on experience driving digital growth, increasing organic visibility, and serving as a strategic, communicative bridge between our team and our clients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, for a Digital Marketing Specialist. We're seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns across social, web, and paid media. You'll analyze performance metrics, leverage web analytics to inform strategy, and collaborate with internal teams to scale reach while protecting brand consistency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning insights into action—and action into measurable growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing is required. Strong expertise in Web Analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns familiar with SEO and Meta Ads. Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for team collaboration and content creation. Advanced SEO knowledge across technical SEO, on-page/off-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, link building, site architecture, and search intent Strong technical SEO skills, including SEO audits, crawling/indexing, Core Web Vitals, redirects, sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console Proven ability to execute SEO strategies that improve organic traffic, rankings, qualified leads, conversions, and revenue Solid understanding of digital marketing, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, landing pages, and CRO Maximize ROI through smart budgeting, targeting, and testing. Experience with analyzing and interpreting Web Analytics, A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
