Duty Station: Adama, East Area, Ethiopia Reports To: Programs Manager, with technical supervision from the Mobile Health and Nutrition Team Leader. Educational Qualifications BSc degree or diploma in Midwifery. Competency-based training in Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) service delivery. Work Experience BSc holders: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Diploma holders: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Required Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of maternal, newborn, and child healthcare services. Experience in antenatal care, postnatal care, family planning, and nutrition services. Competency in reproductive health counseling and service provision. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and confidential healthcare. Knowledge of government and MSI healthcare regulations. Familiarity with local languages, culture, and community healthcare needs. Ability to work in remote, insecure, and stressful environments. Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Salary: As per the MSIE salary scale.
