TVET Secretary Required Qualifications and Experience Applicants must meet one of the following educational and experience requirements: TVET Level IV Diploma: In Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or Business Management, with at least 3 years of formal corporate or executive office experience. Bachelor's Degree: In Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or Business Management, with 1–2 years of general administrative or secretarial experience. Required Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia 3. Dean of Student Affairs Required Qualifications and Experience Master's degree in Psychology or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in student support services at a higher education institution. Experience in university administration, student affairs, or counseling. At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial position or as a committee head. Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia 4. Consultant as Client Engineer Required Qualifications and Experience First degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field. At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
