Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join an international iGaming company and develop affiliate partnerships in the market of Burkina Faso or Ethiopian well. This is a full-time, fully remote position. What you'll do: find and onboard new affiliates, webmasters and local partners build and develop relationships with existing partners negotiate commercial terms and manage affiliate deals grow traffic and player acquisition in Burkina Faso identify new traffic sources and opportunities for market growth analyze partner performance and optimize cooperation work with traffic sources such as Telegram, influencers, streams, SEO, webmasters and local communities What we're looking for: hands-on experience in affiliate management within iGaming, betting or gambling strong knowledge of the Burkina Faso market an existing network of local affiliates, webmasters, influencers or other relevant partners understanding of affiliate models such as RevShare, CPA and Hybrid experience working with different traffic sources ability to independently find and develop new partnerships strong communication and negotiation skills What we offer: fully remote work full-time cooperation fixed salary + performance-based bonus an established international iGaming product an active market where you can start developing traffic immediately opportunity to grow the local affiliate network and directly influence results If you have experience working with iGaming affiliates and you know the market of Burkina Faso or Ethiopian well, we would be happy to hear from you.
